  I had just gone to the K-Mart in Prince Frederick and had the absolute worse experience ever. Registers kept freezing up (4 to be exact) instead of the employee saying next customer in line they proceeded to take whom ever jumped to the next register. It wasn't until the third register froze up that the fourth register was opened and then the employee clearly saw that I was getting cut in front continuously motioned verbally for me being next. At no point was customer service a priority with the employees at this K-Mart. This is a direct reflection of the management team and or leadership.
